3. Mechanical Overview

3.1. HV Master Module :

The HV Master Module is supplied as an assembled Printed Circuit Board (PCB) without any enclosure. To maintain safe operating conditions, it is recommended to mount the PCB in an enclosed metal enclosure and leave approximately 10mm space between the PCB and the metal enclosure on both the top and bottom sides. The board outline drawing is shown in the figure below. There are 4 mounting holes of 4.3mm diameter, and the use of M3 screws to install the board is mandatory.

3.2. VinciX LMU Module

The VinciX-LMU Module comes pre-assembled with an IP20-rated mild steel enclosure. This eliminates the need for a separate enclosure. The mechanical dimensions of the module and its mounting bracket are detailed in the figures below (Figure 5 and Figure 6). For installation, simply rotate and secure the mounting bracket to the LMU enclosure using the provided screws.
