12. FAQ

12.1. BMS is not communicating. What should I do?

• Check CAN bus resistance after turning off BMS. It should be between 60 to 120 ohms.
• Check Baud Rate.
• Check CAN connection. CANH should be connected to CANH and CANL should be connected to CANL.
• Check PCAN View if CAN channel is getting any data or Bus is heavy.

12.2. How to set faults and warnings?

• Check the 'Configuration Parameters' section in ReVx BMS Studio documentation.

12.3. Configuration values are not being written. What should I do?

• Do hard reset, read from bms and check again.
• After every 'write settings', bms needs to be hard reset.
• Check CAN communication settings and try again.
